This technology differs significantly from the modular concept and it has already proven itself as a technology of classical construction using prefabricated structures based on the construction of a metal frame building. Ferrous metal structures, light steel structures, light steel thin-walled structures and others can be used for the metal frame. The factory package/structures can be delivered either assembled or packaged (ready for final assembly) with installation instructions. Construction using the factory package is a quick and economical building method.
